• Gen Factor 07

- Bioactive gel with EGF1 Growth Factors

The product is designed to modify the action of growth factors and coordinate their work. Dedicated to work with most skin dysfunctions related to atrophy.

With EGF and FGF, it will modulate their action in order to carry out the stimulation process (proliferation and differentiation), not hyperstimulation, and thus tissue hypertrophy.

With PDGF and VEGF, it will modulate the course of the vascularization process, i.e. the formation of capillaries, and not lead to overexpression of the angiogenesis process.

It independently participates in the creation, reconstruction and regeneration of virtually all tissues and organs. It inhibits apoptosis and biosynthesis of pro-inflammatory cytokines. - Bioactive gel with TGF Growth Factors

The product is intended for targeted activation or deactivation of inflammation in isolated cases, such as wound development, and for initiation of inactive fibroblasts.

It causes:
– an increase in fibroblast proliferation (an increase of over 200% after two days with a night-time hormonal crisis);
– increase in myofibroblast differentiation;
– stimulating the expression of extracellular matrix (ECM) proteins, such as collagen I, collagen III, fibronectin, integrins;
– inhibition of ECM degradation by stimulating the synthesis of matrix metalloproteinase inhibitors (MIM, TIMP);
– increase in the synthesis of GAG and hyaluronic acid, and as a result, strengthening the effect of modelling and filling tissues as well as binding water molecules;

This product is intended for pigment removal procedures, fibrosis correction procedures after implantation complications, for all types of skin with hypertrophic scarring, for hard, keratinized skin and for healing processes in precision procedures, for treatment of cleft lips.

TGFB3 contains instructions for producing a protein called transforming growth factor beta-3 (TGFß-3). This protein is found throughout the body and is necessary for development before birth and throughout life. To perform its functions, TGFB-3 attaches to (binds to) receptor proteins on the surface of cells. This binding triggers the transmission of signals within the cell, controlling various cellular activities. As part of a signalling pathway called the TGF-B pathway, TGF-3 protein helps control cell growth and division (proliferation), the process by which cells mature to perform specific functions (differentiation), cell movement (motility), and controlled cell death (apoptosis). Because the TGFß-3 protein stops cells from growing and dividing too quickly or uncontrollably, it can inhibit the formation of tumours.

It prevents the formation of wrinkles, blackheads and inflammation, eliminates dermatoses, scabies, tissue necrosis and even skin cancer, and has a softening, cleansing and astringent effect. It has anti-cancer properties and limits the formation of toxic nitrosamines from amine substances in cosmetics and the oxidation of active substances, and also binds metal ions. It inhibits cellular melanogenesis and tyrosinase.
